Rotating(?) Tower

Inspired by a level in Kirby's Adventure. I will always be upset that they didn't keep the effect for the GBA remake.

If you run to the right, the tower will appear to rotate. If you run to the left, it won't. I was too lazy to make an actual end to the tower, so you'll just run forever if you so choose.

There's even a Wheel ability in one of the levels that's set up so that you can just wheel around the tower, but since they totally changed the effect the Wheel ability suddenly becomes useless here. What else are you supposed to do with it? You're in a freaking tiny tower! You can't just roll around wherever you want, you'll crash into things, and then a Waddle Dee will kill you while you're stunned.
