[X] "Move Camera"'s changes temporarily reset in Delta Mode.

Changes to the zoom level and offset/position (etc.) of the camera don't work while in Delta Mode, although they do return just as you exit Delta Mode. This can both make Delta-use tedious and mess with the intended view of an area.
