Level Portal is different on iPhone than PC.

I'm looking at the Level Portal page on both my laptop and iPhone at the same time right now, and they're showing it differently from one another:

The iPhone displays the default "level screenshot" thing with a different screenshot, and I can see three featured levels, showing that it now works.

But on my laptop, there are no featured levels on display, and the original default "level screenshot" is used.

I am very confused.
