[I/Tr] Platforms with "0" idle time cannot be reset at dest.

Essentially, if a platform has a custom path and is set to be reset, via triggers, when it reaches the end of its path, it won't reset if its Idle Time is set to "0" (oddly, it will still be able to reset with an Idle Time of only "1").

Okay. So it appears that having acceleration and/or brakes at "1" also results in this bug. I haven't fully tested it, but it shouldn't be too hard to anyway. :3 (I'm a little busy right now.)
