Launch the game and navigate to the extras menu. From there enter the level designer.
Enter the level code into the text field, or load it from a file. And start playing! Remember to vote when you are done playing the level. If you are logged in, you may receive points for voting. With enough points, you will receive a higher ranking on the site and your votes will be worth more than the average user's!

I present to you: a new gimmick! Use it in your levels as you please, but keep in mind that it would probably be VERY time-consuming to implement it elsewhere without too many bugs. (Copied subtitle & description from Runouw.com) [Use Chapter 1: RC]
I won't bother explaining the details. The actual level tells the majority of what you need to know (via reading/watching the slideshow on the mini-television thingy at the start.). I will tell you that it took me 24+ hours overall (excluding breaks and sleeping) to make the entirety of this level. It definitely had taken forever to crush all those bugs; I don't think there are any more highly-noticeable bugs. I love the results, though. : D
